Dental Restoration

Restorative care focused on protecting tooth structure while supporting function and natural appearance.

In Dr. Mohseni’s restorative approach, direct and indirect biomimetic restorations are not limited to rebuilding tooth structure, but are defined within a preventive philosophy aimed at preserving natural dental tissues. Clinical experience, applied with a careful and humble approach, supports the selection of minimally invasive strategies that prioritize long-term stability over aggressive intervention. The primary goal is to control caries progression at an early stage and prevent its advancement toward the pulp and the need for root canal treatment.

When more precise intervention is required, advanced techniques such as laser-assisted preparation and microscopic dentistry are utilized to maximize the preservation of healthy tooth structure. In direct restorative procedures, the use of next-generation light-curing systems, including Valo X, allows for highly efficient and uniform polymerization, improving the overall quality of the restoration. In indirect restorations, digital workflows and 3D printing technologies are used to enhance accuracy, adaptation, and predictability of the final outcome.

To further improve the strength and durability of restored teeth, fiber posts and fiber strips are applied in indicated cases to reinforce internal tooth structure and distribute functional stresses more evenly. All restorative procedures are carried out using standardized, up-to-date, and high-quality materials, ensuring a balanced integration of aesthetics, function, and long-term durability in each treatment decision.
